Påmeldingen til prøven er bindende. Det betyr at du ikke kan melde deg av prøven, og prøveavgiften vil ikke bli tilbakebetalt hvis du ikke møter til prøven. Du kan heller ikke bytte dato, tid eller prøve etter at du er påmeldt. Sykdom regnes som gyldig fravær på prøven, og legeerklæring må da leveres innen 7 dager etter prøvedato, for å få refundert prøveavgiften. Den skriftlige norskprøven A1-B2 (skriv, les og lytt) tar 4-5 timer. Muntlig norskprøve A1-B2 tar ca 30 minutter. Samfunnskunnskapsprøven og statsborgerprøven tar inntil 1 time.

Påmeldingen til prøven er bindende. Det betyr at du ikke kan melde deg av, og du kan ikke bytte dato, tid, nivå eller prøve etter at du har meldt deg på. Prøveavgiften blir bare tilbakebetalt hvis du leverer legeerklæring innen 7 dager etter prøvedato. Hvis du skal ta både muntlig og skriftlig norskprøve, må du melde deg opp til begge på samme prøvested. Hvis du melder deg opp på ulike steder, kan prøvene bli satt på samme dag. Det er ikke mulig å endre dato eller tid etter påmelding. På prøvedagen må du ta med gyldig legitimasjon som ikke er utgått på dato. Legitimasjonen må være fysisk. Bilde eller digital id godtas ikke. Trenger du tilrettelegging under prøven, må du sende en skriftlig søknad senest tre virkedager etter at påmeldingen er stengt. Søknaden må inneholde dokumentasjon fra lege eller psykolog, og sendes til: Bærum Voksenopplæringssenter, PB 700, 1304 Sandvika.
