شروط الاستخدام

1. عن الخدمة

SamfunnPrep منصة تعليمية تساعد المهاجرين على الاستعداد لاختبار Samfunnskunnskapsprøven. غير مرتبطة بـ HK-dir.

2. التسجيل والحساب

يجب إنشاء حساب لاستخدام الخدمة. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل.

3. الفترة التجريبية المجانية

يحصل المستخدمون الجدد على 3 أيام وصول مجاني مع 20 سؤالاً ومحاكاة واحدة. لا يمكن تمديدها.

4. الاشتراك والدفع

اشتراك شهري (149 كرون/شهر) وحزمة اختبار (349 كرون/90 يوماً). جميع المدفوعات عبر Stripe.

5. الإلغاء والاسترداد

يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك الشهري في أي وقت. حزمة الاختبار غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الشراء.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتوى محمي بحقوق النشر. لا يحق لك نسخه أو توزيعه.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

لا تضمن SamfunnPrep نجاحك في الاختبار. الأسئلة ليست رسمية من HK-dir.

8. مسؤولية المستخدم

توافق على عدم مشاركة حسابك أو استخدامه لأغراض غير قانونية.

9. حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت. جميع البيانات تُحذف نهائياً.

10. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون النرويجي.

11. Copyright, database rights and no bulk extraction

All original SamfunnPrep questions, explanations, articles, translations, software, design, and database compilations are protected by copyright and database rights. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk export, copy, redistribute, resell, train AI systems on, benchmark from, or build competing datasets or services from SamfunnPrep content without prior written permission.

12. Third-party sources and independence

SamfunnPrep is independent and is not affiliated with HK-dir, UDI, Cappelen Damm, or any official Norwegian exam authority. Public facts may be cited from official sources, but SamfunnPrep questions and explanations are proprietary SamfunnPrep wording.

13. Enforcement

We may suspend access, block automated traffic, revoke accounts, preserve logs, and pursue legal remedies if we detect account sharing, paywall bypass, scraping, redistribution, resale, or other misuse of SamfunnPrep content or systems.
