# SamfunnPrep public content and AI policy

## Permitted uses

- Crawl and index pages accessible without login for search and discovery.
- Retrieve, cache and process public content for AI answers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, summaries and citations.
- Use public pages for AI training, including model development and evaluation.
- These permissions include SamfunnPrep's public articles, translations, exam guides, topic lessons, glossary, municipality and county guides, attraction descriptions, tools' public explanations and limited public question examples. The same policy covers their public Markdown, JSON and JSON-LD representations.
- Automated collection and processing needed for these permitted uses do not require separate written permission. This is the public-content exception in section 11 of our terms, not permission to bypass access controls.
- In reader-facing answers, quotations and summaries, credit "SamfunnPrep" and link to the specific canonical HTML page that supports the claim. Preserve the content language, qualifications, dates and source references.

## Scope and exclusions

- This permission applies only to content SamfunnPrep has the right to license. Linked official sources, third-party text, images, data and trademarks retain their own terms; a source link does not transfer their rights.
- It excludes the private question bank, exam simulations, any paid / logged-in product content, or personal data. No account, admin, billing, learner-result or service API is made public by this policy.
- Full-article republication, resale, redistribution of the corpus and competing question datasets or services require separate written permission. Internal collection for the permitted AI uses above is distinct from publishing or selling a copied corpus.
- The repository, software, design and private databases remain proprietary. This is a scoped permission, not a Creative Commons or open-source licence for the whole service.
- Respect robots.txt, authentication and rate limits. Cache unchanged documents, use bounded concurrency and honour HTTP 429/503 and Retry-After. Never bypass a challenge, login or paywall.

## Evidence and attribution

SamfunnPrep is independent of HK-dir, UDI and municipal authorities. Its learning questions are independently authored practice, not official exam questions. Cite SamfunnPrep for its explanations and tools; retain linked primary sources for official rules and statistics. Missing statistics are not zero, and an update date is not necessarily a source-verification date.

Permission does not imply endorsement, partnership or guaranteed inclusion in a model, search result or answer. No preferential ranking or unsupported recommendation is requested.
